General Information
We are a not-for-profit Social Club.

 Club News: April 15th

 1) The side entrance will be locked from now on. It is only to be used in case of an emergency.  Smoking is not allowed within 20 feet of the front door. Please help us make our club a healthy environment.

 2)   There will be a donation box for a charity organisation where you deposit old (good condition) shoes for needy people. Please see Andy Howarth with any questions.

 3) Congratulations to Hans who won the weekly draw on Sunday 13th. You too can win the weekly draw but you MUST be present and be a member to do so! See below for competition rules.

 4) Thanks to Steve Barrett who has helped us increase membership recently by contacting old members and actively pursuing people who try to use our club and it's benefits without becoming members.

 5) Thanks to Rod Rosso for a great night at the club. Hopefully we can get him to return more often.

 6)  Thanks to the FFC the Semi-finals and the FINAL of the Champions league will be free admission this year. Please come down and support our club. Tell your boss you're sick that day.

 7) Booze Nooze > The addition of our Magners Cider has been very popular. We are looking into getting a draught system for it. Also, there will be a beer tasting night on 25th April. Beer samples (mostly German) will be available at very, very inexpensive prices.

 8) A central notice board is to be added to the area between the Ladies and Gents bathrooms. Please look there for any club news in the future.

 9) Thank you to the LA Riot squad (Galaxy fan club) for another great night at our club. They are always extremely courteous and positive despite the Galaxy's lack of winning ways.

 10)  Future possible events: Fathers Day dinner, Racing night (pretend gambling,) Rainbow cottage evening, St. George's Day celebration, Mexican beer special for Cinco de Mayo, Breakfast with the Beatles radio show at the club. Please always check the club online calendar  for current schedules!

 11) Please send your email addresses (along with membership numbers) to webmaster@britclub.org. We are trying to move into the 20th century (yes 20th) and we need emails if possible to reduce paperwork, waste and save money.

 12) Many thanks to Stewart McDougall for another excellent club magazine this month. Stewart graciously accepted the challenge to produce the magazine recently for a while and has done an excellent job. Next month's magazine will be in a newsletter/flyer format and will only contain news regarding the British & Dominion Social Club. Watch this space!
