| You may request any available night.

| Certain conditions apply! |
| If you are a member and request to
have a member event (*free), and an event which is a paid event
conflicts with the selected day. The free event must be re-scheduled
to another available day. |
| If you wish to place a deposit and
schedule a paid event. Your event takes priority as long as no other
event has been scheduled for that time period. |
| A non-member may schedule an event at
the British & Dominion, but does not have the ability to schedule a
(*free) event. "Membership has it's privileges" |
| Notes: *free : A member may hold an
event at the British & Dominion without paying a fee to rent the
hall. The member must yield an event date if it conflicts with a
paid event date. |
| **The calendar shown on the website is
not always the most accurate with respect to future scheduled dates
and is not the final calendar used for event planning. You must drop
off your request with the club and verify your selected date with
his event schedule to be valid. |
